Gynecological Services
- Pap smears to screen for cervical cancer.
It is recommended that women begin getting pap smears at age 21 and continue every 2-3 year(s). If a patient receives an abnormal result, pap smears are recommended every year. Your health care provider can help counsel you about treatments if you receive an abnormal result
- Colposcopy (treatment for abnormal pap smears)
- Cryotherapy (treatment for abnormal pap smears)
- Endometrial biopsy for abnormal vaginal bleeding
